About SVP

I am a fully qualified senior HR professional with over 10 years expertise. I hold a first-class bachelor’s degree in Business Management, a master’s in Human Resource Management and I’m an advanced level 7 qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). I’ve worked in standalone senior roles and business partnered for large global multinationals. My extensive experience spans a variety of industries including facilities, construction, financial services, recruitment and legal.

Operating as a true generalist over this time and having also been a member of the senior leadership team, you can be confident that my comprehensive experience positions me well to support you with all your HR needs. I’ve led large corporate restructures, successfully handled many TUPE consultations, developed employee engagement strategies, and handled several complex employee relations cases with care, compassion and business reputation at the heart.

Whilst HR is my core trade, my curious, commercially minded nature has meant that I’ve always naturally enjoyed rolling my sleeves up and truly getting under the bonnet of the companies that I work with. This has led me to work closely with other business functions and gain valuable experience in other areas including bookkeeping, compliance, internal communications, and event planning.
